1. SPONSOR

The Nickelytics x KiwiBot SXSW Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes” or “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Nickelytics, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with a registered address of 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle, 19808, United States (the “Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is in partnership with KiwiBot, but is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, or SXSW.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on 3/8/2025, at 9 AM EST and ends on 3/12/2025, at 5 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the following method:
(A) SXSW On-Site EntryFind a KiwiBot at SXSW 2025 in Austin, TX. Scan the QR code on the bot. Complete the digital entry form that appears after scanning the QR code.

Entries must be received by 3/12/2025 to qualify.

5. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES
Each participant is limited to one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Use of automated, robotic, or programmed entry methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt to submit multiple entries, including using multiple email addresses, will result in immediate disqualification.

6. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: One (1) Apple iPad Air Model (Approximate Retail Value: $799)One (1) KiwiBot Free Wrap for One Week (Value: $800)Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,599. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 3/28/2025.The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor using a randomized selection process.The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes related to the acceptance and use of the prize. If required, the Sponsor may issue a 1099 tax form for the total value of the prize.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Nickelytics and KiwiBot may use their name, likeness, image, and entry materials for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive manner.The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or incomplete entries.The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control.

11. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nickelytics, KiwiBot, SXSW, Apple Inc., Meta, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and TikTok from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information collected during this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

13. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

14. WINNER LIST
For the name of the winner, the individual randomly selected will be contacted directly via the submitted contact information and publicly announced via social media at the sole description of Nickelytics and Kiwibot.
